No, we won't ship products to P.O. Box addresses.
2) For my order, how long it takes to reach my shipping address?
We will inform you after we have received your order, then we are ready to send out to you immediately, and the shipping time is around-Speedpost 3 to 4 days, Airpost 7 to 10 days, Surfacepost 1 or 1.5 months.If the products need to be upgraded, it will add 1 to 4 days more for the shipping time.
3) How long do the custom work and the upgrade service completed?
Normally, we need to handle those processes within 2 to 3 days, additionally the Speedpost 3 to 4 days, totally around 5 to 6 days for your reaching time.

6) What types of your selling products belong to?
All our products, including airsoft's gun, accessories, parts and other equipments are just for toy use only! It must not relate to firarms and ammunition. Airsoftglobal strongly promote the hobby of playing airsofts in proper ways and enjoy the spirits of wargame sporting.
7) Why part of my guns was painted orange with its trademarks removed?
There is country like USA, requiring the tip of the barrel of airsoft guns must be painted with a bright colour when going through their customs. Also, all non-licensed trademarks will be removed from all airsoft guns for copyright reasons. We will apply the above changes for you at no cost.
If you need to keep the flash hider and trademarks, please mark down on the COMMENT section after your order has been successful to proceed the invoice. Otherwise, we will follow the regulations of the custom to proceed.
If you refuse to do so, we cannot guarantee the delivery and we cannot give any refunds if the items were taken away.
8) It has been a long time and I still haven't received my items yet, what can I do?
At first, please check the status of the order first. Sometimes, the order will be on hold for various reasons.
If the goods are already shipped, we will give you a tracking number for tracking your goods via worldwide express. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.If you order by airmail, you can tell us to contact the postal service or do it by yourself using Parcel number assigned to your parcel.However, if your items were seized by the local customs in countries where the airsoft items involved are legal. And your items were lost during shipment. In this case, you can contact us for further arrangement.
9) What are your policies on taxes?

10) Does our product comes with any Warranty or Guarantee?
Honestly, we cannot provide guarantees to our airsoft as we are thousand miles away. But we guarantee that each and every gun we sold is in perfect working condition. Before shipment, each gun is test fired to ensure it is fully operational. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
11) Does the product come with the original packaging and English instructions?
All products come with the original packaging. All Mauri AEGs come with English manuals. For other products, only Japanese manuals are offered.
